Also bei mir hat nach den Hinweisen von GBorn das Update KB 3081436 geklappt. Allerdings habe ich alle S-1-5-21-xxx…. Schlüssel der Profilliste gelöscht, wodurch die User von Windows wieder neu aufgesetzt wurden. Danke für die Hinweise.
